Liam doesn't simply say ‘do this to get faster’, he explains the why and the how. I can't recommend The Sprint Bundle enough. It's a game changer.

Having moved from distance coaching to sprints, the information Liam provides on a weekly basis has been a game changer. I appreciate that Liam is as much of a student of the sport as he is a coach. His research approach allows me to feel confident in his plans and ideas, not just hopeful.

There are lots of internet coaches who offer expensive workout plans for sprinting. Many are gimmicky and ultimately don't provide results, or worse, put athletes at an increased risk of injury. I've read a lot of books, articles and watched more videos than I can count. There is a lot of good information out there, but this bundle has everything I need in one place. I've been able to take what he provides and effectively apply it to my athletes, which has helped them get faster. Plain and simple. I can't recommend The Sprint Bundle enough. It's a game changer.

After this indoor season I had to acknowledge: it truly works. Their freshness and explosiveness in sprint work were visibly better, and it showed in their performances.

After more than fifteen years of coaching athletes, and currently coaching a group of 15 sprinters at Sprint Squad Beveren, including several U18 athletes competing at national level, I have to admit that over the years I sometimes felt stuck in familiar patterns.

When I discovered the Sprint Manual Bundle, it immediately stood out. This is a complete, consistent, and logically structured training system that translates modern sprinting principles into clear, practical application. The structure makes perfect sense: a clear progression from GPP to SPP to competition, built on a solid explanation of the high-low training model. It's not just giving you workouts, but a philosophy, one you understand, apply, and pass on to your athletes.

One of the biggest eye-openers was the decision to drastically reduce intensive tempo sessions during SPP. Not all of my athletes were enthusiastic at first. But after this indoor season I had to acknowledge: it truly works. Their freshness and explosiveness in sprint work were visibly better, and it showed in their performances.

This is without doubt the most complete and usable sprint bundle I've seen in recent years. It has sharpened my thinking and coaching again. And most importantly: it delivers results.

I've implemented the high-low structure and haven't had a single setback from a previous hamstring injury since.

I highly recommend Liam's sprint manual whether you're a novice or seasoned sprinter. It's very extensive, but Liam is highly knowledgeable with decades of experience, and I instantly gravitated to his weekly free newsletter where I've honestly learned something new each time he publishes.

I am personally new to sprinting and am striving for goals that don't pertain necessarily to being a track sprinter. I'm chasing a specific time in the 40-yard dash as a 40-year-old athlete. Before I was introduced to Liam's work, I had sustained double hamstring proximal tendinopathy, most likely due to overtraining. After reading the manual, I've implemented the high-low workout split model and haven't had a single setback from the previous injury since.

The best part about the manual is you can either follow the workouts he outlines to a tee or adjust and build your own based on his templates. I've created my own 26-week programme with GPP, SPP and Competition phases and I'm currently in week 6 of GPP. I have 20 more weeks to go, but I am excited to see it through.

All of the workouts we have done so far have come from it. I can schedule them with confidence and not have to worry if the workout is effectively targeting our intention for the day.

I was a distance runner in high school and college. When I moved home, our head track coach wanted to bring me on but his only opening was the sprints job. I was hired the week the season started and was just thrown into it.

I've mostly used the manual as a close reference in building my own plan. All of the workouts we have done so far have come from it. I can schedule them with confidence and not have to worry if the workout is effectively targeting our intention for the day. I've also loved the guide on lifting. Having a plan to reference that's built for sprinters has been great.

I am especially excited to implement it into a 12-month cycle. Most of our athletes are 2 or 3 sport athletes, but I think if they continue working through the GPP and SPP phases, it will only benefit their abilities in their other sports.

Being able to have all the information in one easy to use book is perfect. Easy to reference, easy to understand, never lost or confused.

The bundle is incredible, everything I hoped for and more. I'm using it personally for form, mechanics and building my own programmes. I do have some friends that also sprint with me and with the info from the bundle I've been able to help them improve as well.

I didn't sprint or do track in school. I played other sports. Being able to have all the information in one easy to use book is perfect. Easy to reference, easy to understand, broken down simply enough that I'm never lost or confused. It's definitely changed my training for the better.

We started using the program to optimize her progression. Although highly talented, and Emma is, an athlete needs a well-structured approach to make consistent gains.

As an U18 she showed her potential for the first time by winning Bronze at the Nationals U18 200m, both indoor and outdoor.

Now as a U20 she needed to prove that wasn't a one-off. This indoor season she finished 5th at Regionals, 6th at Nationals, the only U20 in both finals, and 2nd at Nationals U20. Her 200m came down from 25.33 to 24.45, a progression of -0.88 in a single winter. She ended the season ranked 2nd U20 and 16th overall in Belgium, at just 17 years old.

Of course, there is not one single program that can guarantee a -0.88 progression within 1 winter like Emma managed. Any coach or athlete claiming this isn't being truthful. But having a well defined goal, a structured approach and well thought out program will make your life as a coach or an athlete easier.

Last week my athlete was the only U20 to reach the final of the Flemish Championships Indoor. Saturday she broke through to run 24.73. Thank you for ‘inventing’ this thing, it's an integral part of her training.

It's really good to be challenged about the way we do things. You've got me thinking about my sprint client who is in the UK talent squad.

The insight into what speed endurance really is was the most helpful aspect. The athletes are thrilled now that the typical 8×150 at 80% sessions are gone.
