A note on capacity. Programs are written individually and take time to do properly. If the enquiry isn’t a good fit — wrong level, wrong event, wrong expectations — you won’t be accepted. Applications are reviewed before any payment is taken.

Once the fit is confirmed and scope agreed, a payment link is sent for the relevant amount. Nothing is charged before you’ve had a proper conversation.
Work begins after payment. Athletes receive their program with email support. Coaches receive their plan with monthly check-ins built in.

The approach is evidence-based because it has to be. Sprint training is technical. The margins between a good program and a mediocre one are real, and they show up in times. Generic templates and recycled blocks don’t cut it at the level most serious coaches and athletes are working at.
