Having moved from distance coaching to sprints, the information Liam provides on a weekly basis has been a game changer. I appreciate that Liam is as much of a student of the sport as he is a coach. His research-approach allows me to feel confident in his plans and ideas — not just hopeful. He doesn’t simply say “do this to get faster” — he explains the why and the how.
There are lots of internet coaches who offer expensive workout plans for sprinting. Many are gimmicky and ultimately don’t provide results — or worse, put athletes at an increased risk of injury. I’ve read a lot of books, articles and watched more videos than I can count. There is a lot of good information out there, but this bundle has everything I need in one place. I’ve been able to take what he provides and effectively apply it to my athletes — which has helped them get faster. Plain and simple. I can’t recommend The Sprint Bundle enough. It’s a game changer.
Last week my athlete was the only U20 to reach the final of the Flemish Championships Indoor. Saturday she broke through to run 24.73. Thank you for ‘inventing’ this thing — it’s an integral part of her training.
It’s really good to be challenged about the way we do things. You’ve got me thinking about my sprint client who is in the UK talent squad.
The insight into what speed endurance really is was the most helpful aspect. The athletes are thrilled now that the typical 8×150 at 80% sessions are gone.
I can schedule workouts with confidence and not have to worry if the workout is effectively targeting our intention for the day. I have also loved the guide on lifting — having a plan to reference that’s built for sprinters has been great.
Being able to have all the information in one easy to use book is perfect. Easy to reference, easy to understand, broken down simply enough that I’m never lost or confused. It’s definitely changed my training for the better.
I enjoyed learning and implementing the high-low structure. It was good to read about the why it is important. The manual helped me with volume structure on all training days — whether high or low. I am hopeful it’ll help me stay injury-free this year.

I’ve been working with sprint athletes since 2016, from club coaching in the UK to high performance centres in Spain. The Speed Project is where that experience lives.
The goal is simple: take the best of sprint science and coaching practice and make it accessible to athletes and coaches who are serious about getting faster. No gimmicks, no generic content.
